Eiromaja.lv — real estate PropTech platform
The platform is live and continues to evolve. Eiromaja.lv brings together property sales and rentals, project listings, a client account, CRM, maintenance requests, analytics and SEO.
Eiromaja.lv is a unified digital platform for a Riga real estate developer. The project was designed to connect the corporate website, apartment and commercial property sales, rental listings, lead handling, resident services and day-to-day content management in one coherent product.
The challenge
Choosing a property involves more than viewing an advert. Buyers need project context, current availability, prices, layouts and location details. Investors expect a clear portfolio and documents, while sales, rental and facility teams need controlled workflows without moving data between disconnected tools.
What we delivered
- A multilingual public website in Latvian, Russian, English and German, with dedicated URL structures and language switching.
- Sales and rental catalogues with filters, map view, property cards, comparisons, favourites and printable PDF selections.
- Project and unit pages with galleries, specifications, availability states, related properties, maps, enquiry forms and a mortgage calculator.
- A client account for registration, profile management, saved properties and building maintenance requests.
- A CRM for leads and the sales pipeline, UTM campaign tracking, Matomo analytics and conversion events.
- News, an investor area, managed content pages, a media library, email campaigns and document workflows.
- An administration panel with role-based access, translation oversight, SEO tools, error monitoring, page cache controls and backups.
Technical foundation
The platform is built as a custom PHP MVC application with MySQL 8, Vanilla JavaScript and a responsive design system. Leaflet powers property maps and Matomo provides privacy-conscious analytics. The public site, client account and administration area are separated. Database work uses parameterised PDO queries, while administrative actions are protected by authentication, role checks, CSRF controls and audit logging.
The result
A visitor can move from discovering a development to selecting a specific unit and submitting an enquiry without losing context. The business team manages listings, prices and statuses, editorial content, leads, service requests, campaign sources and search visibility from one working environment.
The platform continues to evolve: its core journeys are running in production, while content, project documents and selected business workflows are expanded as operational needs develop.
