Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern the relationship between SIA E24 BALTIC (the "Company") and the Client for the provision of IT services. By using our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

2. Services

The Company provides IT services including:

  • Server administration and monitoring.
  • Network infrastructure setup and maintenance.
  • Website development and hosting.
  • IT security audits and consulting.
  • Cloud solutions.

3. Service Delivery

Services are delivered in accordance with the signed agreement or approved support tickets. The Company reserves the right to decline services that would violate applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Payments

Prices are specified in the service agreement or the Company's price list. Invoices are due within 10 business days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

The Company is not liable for losses caused by service unavailability due to force majeure or third-party infrastructure failures. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any trade secrets and technical information obtained during service delivery.

7. Disputes

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to Latvian courts under Latvian law.

8. Changes

The Company may update these Terms with at least 14 days' prior notice to the Client.
