Woman Grace School is a digital front door and working system for a school focused on grace, confidence, and personal presence. The brief was practical: bring programmes, teachers, events, photography, and registration into one calm, distinctive experience.
The challenge
The school needed more than a polished landing page. A future student should be able to understand the approach, compare programmes, ask a question, and submit an enquiry without losing the thread. The team also needed a private workspace for leads, applications, programmes, groups, reviews, and site content.
What was built
- A responsive public website with clear navigation and a strong editorial hero section.
- A programme catalogue with descriptions, duration, benefits, and a direct route to registration.
- Dedicated sections for teachers, events, the photo gallery, reviews, and frequently asked questions.
- A contact page with business details, an enquiry form, and quick contact channels.
- A multilingual structure with localised pages and a language switcher.
- An admin workspace for leads, applications, programmes, groups, users, and statistics.
- CMS controls for the homepage slider, pages, blog, reviews, FAQ, and site settings.
Engineering approach
The public experience and the administration layer are designed around different jobs. Editors can update slides, programmes, group information, posts, and reviews through the CMS without rebuilding the pages. Registration and contact paths remain visible across desktop and mobile layouts while the visual language keeps the school’s premium, welcoming character.
Outcome and status
Visitors can understand the school more quickly and reach the right next step with less friction. The team has one place to work with enquiries and content, ready to grow with new courses and events. Woman Grace School remains in active development; the current version already combines brand presentation, enrolment support, and daily administration.
