Langrony.lv — multilingual fashion e-commerce 1 / 21

Langrony.lv is the modernisation of an established online fashion store. The existing platform already contained a substantial catalogue and practical business logic, but its technical foundation and interface needed to be brought up to current e-commerce standards. Our work preserves useful data and workflows while progressively renewing both the storefront and the back office.

The challenge

The system has to connect six storefront languages, varied product categories and variants, order processing, delivery and payments. Because the work is being carried out on an existing platform, each stage must improve the service without unnecessary changes to catalogue data or familiar staff processes.

What we delivered

  • A responsive storefront with clear navigation for women’s, men’s, youth and children’s clothing.
  • A catalogue with sorting, size and colour filters, pagination, sale selections and new arrivals.
  • Product pages with image galleries, size selection, quantity controls, related items and add-to-cart actions.
  • A complete cart and checkout flow covering contact details, discount codes, delivery and payment choices.
  • Omniva delivery scenarios across the Baltic states and a prepared Klix card-payment integration operating in test mode.
  • An administration panel for products, categories, orders, discounts, content, translations, analytics, SEO and scheduled tasks.
  • Localised URLs, canonical and hreflang markup, sitemap management and 301 redirects from legacy addresses.

Technical foundation

The solution runs on PHP 8 and MySQL, while the renewed interface uses Bootstrap 5.3 and locally hosted front-end assets. The public shop and administrative area are separated, with management tools available after authentication. HTTPS is enabled, and payment or external integration settings are handled on the server side.

The result

Customers can browse the range in their preferred language, narrow products by useful attributes, build a cart and follow the full ordering journey. Store staff have a single workspace for managing products, categories, orders, delivery rates, editorial content and search visibility.

Development is continuing: the storefront and core commerce journeys are available, while payments and selected operational processes remain under verification before the full production launch.
